Mommy Makeover
"Mommy makeover" refers to any combination of procedures designed to improve breast and body contour following pregnancy and childbirth. For example, if pregnancy leads to sagging and loss of volume of the breasts and laxity of the abdomen, mommy makeover may involve a combination of breast augmentation, breast lift, and tummy tuck. If pregnancy leads to excessive breast size and accumulation of fat along the abdomen and love handles, then breast reduction and liposuction may be performed.

This 36-year-old woman from Cedar Hill presented to Dr. Friedman with complaints of “loose skin and stretch marks” on the abdomen following two pregnancies and a 40 pound weight loss. She also noted loss of breast volume, “love handles” and a “missing belly button.”
She underwent mommy makeover, consisting of breast augmentation with 390 cc submuscular saline implants, tummy tuck, umbilical hernia repair, and liposuction of the love handles.
The postoperative photos, taken at nearly 6 months, demonstrate full C cup breasts and a tight abdomen with elimination of the loose skin and stretch marks.
This 31-year old woman from Frisco presented to Dr. Friedman following a 110lb weight loss. She complained of breasts that looked “sad” and “loose abdominal skin.”
She underwent a mommy makeover, consisting of breast augmentation with submuscular saline implants (420cc on the right, 450cc on the left), abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), and liposuction of the love handles.
The postoperative photos taken 5 months after surgery demonstrate symmetric, full C cup breasts; a flat, tight abdomen; and a narrowed waist.
This 47 year-old woman from Coppell presented to Dr. Friedman with complaints that her breasts had “fallen” after having two children and that her abdomen was “sticking out and hanging.” She also complained of excessive fat along the “sides” of her torso.
She underwent a mommy makeover, which included breast enlargement with 300 cc submuscular saline breast implants, breast lift, tummy tuck, and liposuction of the hips and love handles. Over 5 pounds of excessive tissue was removed from the abdomen, hips, and love handles.
The postoperative photos were taken 8 months after surgery and demonstrate perky D cup breasts, a much flatter abdomen, and a defined waistline.
This 43 year-old woman from Highland Village presented to Dr. Friedman after major weight loss (150 pounds) of over half her body weight. She complained of “deflated” breasts and “massive amounts of loose skin with stretch marks” along the abdomen. She has two children.
She underwent a mommy makeover, consisting of breast enlargement with 421 cc silicone gel submuscular breast implants, breast lift, and tummy tuck.
The postoperative photos were taken 4 months after surgery and demonstrate perky full C cup breasts and a tight, flat abdomen.
This 60-year-old woman from Plano underwent breast reduction, tummy tuck, and liposuction of the hips and love handles. Breast size change: 38 G to 38 D. Waist size change: 35 inches to 31 inches
This 60-year-old woman from Plano presented to our office with complaints of shoulder, neck, and back pain due to 38G breasts. She also complained of excessive fat of the abdomen, hips, and love handles, loose abdominal skin, and "a road map on my tummy" from prior abdominal surgeries.
She underwent a mommy makeover, consisting of breast reduction, full abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), and liposuction of the hips and flanks (love handles). In addition to before and after pictures of the abdomen and breasts, we are also showing photos of the markings of the breasts (skin and breast tissue to be removed), abdomen (skin to be removed from the belly button to the pubic region, including the depressed midline scar), and hips and flanks (fat to be suctioned).
The postoperative photos were taken 10 weeks after surgery. These demonstrate perky D cup breasts, a waist that is 4 inches slimmer, and a flat abdomen.
