He approaches his craft like the artist he truly is — precise, thoughtful, and deeply committed to his patients’ outcomes. My breast surgery exceeded every expectation. Dr. Friedman perfected my first breast augmentation in 2005. Last week, after 21 years, I had my implants replaced by him and I’m amazed with the results. His surgical talents truly demonstrate his artistry in sculpture! He and his staff are so kind, warming and professional! I usually get nervous before a surgery but I bebopped in and out of Friedman’s surgery because it was such an easy, pleasant experience both times❤️

I’ve had two surgeries with Dr. Ronald Friedman and have been extremely pleased with the care I’ve received. He originally performed my breast lift with implants, and several years later I returned to him when I began experiencing implant pocket issues. In January he performed a breast pocket reconstruction and replaced my implants. Even though I’m only about two months post-op and still healing, my results already look beautiful and natural, and I feel very confident in the work he did. Dr. Friedman is incredibly skilled, thorough, and takes the time to truly care for his patients. His staff deserves recognition as well, they are consistently warm, professional, and attentive, which made every visit a positive experience. From consultation through recovery, I always felt well taken care of. I’m very grateful for Dr. Friedman and his team and would highly recommend him to anyone considering plastic surgery. If I ever needed anything like this again, I would absolutely return to Dr. Friedman without hesitation.

Dr. Friedman is THEE BEST surgeon in the United States when it comes to breasts. He is a true artist and is passionate about his work--so much so that he wrote an entire musical about breast implants! He takes the time to explain everything to you and answer all your questions. His staff are all amazing and caring. I can't recommend him enough.

It’s hard to find the words to praise Dr. Friedman highly enough. He worked nothing short of a miracle on my middle-aged breasts and transformed them into perky, teenage ones! He exceeded my expectations in every respect, including the look of my scars which are incredibly fine, even at a couple months post-op. It’s no exaggeration to say that Dr. Friedman has changed my life. I feel younger and lighter, my posture is improved and shirts and sweaters look so much better. To my great surprise, I’m looking forward to bikini season for the first time ever!

Dr. Ronald Friedman was kind and attentive throughout my entire consultation and surgical process. He even remembered that my mom had been one of his patients years ago and took the time to send her a handwritten letter thanking her for trusting him with my care — which meant so much to our family. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and always made me feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. My results match my goals perfectly, and I absolutely love them! At four months post-op, my incisions are barely visible, and anytime I had questions during recovery he responded quickly — even on a Sunday. I truly could not recommend Dr. Friedman more to anyone considering breast augmentation.
