I found Dr. Ronald Friedman as an option for plastic surgery looking around the web and reading reviews. While the pictures of his work were compelling enough to give him a call for a consultation, the great reviews are what really gave me the final push in his direction. I went in to consult about a breast augmentation and lift and was immediately appreciative of just how knowledgeable and straightforward he was with me. I didn't feel like I was getting "sold" on anything, rather he laid out my options very completely and thoroughly and did not shy away from discussing the consequences of each. Also, being a female going to a male doctor about something so personal, I felt he was very professional and I felt comfortable around him, which is a big deal (I know females will know what I'm talking about). What he didn't already address thoroughly during his explanation of the process and options, he was able to answer with total clarity when prompted. He also does a ton of these kinds of surgeries on a weekly basis and has years and years of experience. I decided to move forwards with both augmentation and lift and the process was exactly what was explained to me. I'm currently 4 months post-op and could not be happier with the results. He was able to match the exact look I was going for while still making decisions that had to be tailored to my specific body and muscle structure (like implant type, etc.). All my follow-up appointments have also been great and he's been great at giving me information to coach me through the recovery and settling phase. On a separate note, his staff is also fantastic. All the ladies that work in his office are also super knowledgeable to the point where I've been able to call and get the information I needed from them. Not to mention they're all very sweet and personable. I also don't really remember ever being stuck in the waiting room too long to go into an appointment, either. From a knowledge, experience, and talent perspective, I think you'd be hard-pressed to find someone quite so excellent as Dr. Friedman. 2026 edit: I went back to Dr Friedman earlier this year to do an implant swap and go slightly larger with my implants. Much like my experience the first time, he did a great job managing expectations, explaining everything thoroughly, and did a fantastic job on the swap. The end result looks excellent. Also worth noting his entire staff is essentially the same several years later - and they are still amazing. It’s obvious there is a great culture.

I got my right earlobe repaired on June 23, 2026 and it almost looks new. I was nervous, but the procedure was fast, painless and easy. I would totally recommend this facility, top notch, and professional plus the price was very reasonable.

Dr Friedman is very detail oriented, has a great bedside manner and is involved in the entire process from start to finish. His nurse Kimmy is also exceptional, caring and will make you laugh!!! The entire office feels like one big family!!! They truly care about results here and Dr Friedman's work is exceptional!

After hiding my arms for so many years, I finally decided to speak with Dr. Friedman about an arm lift surgery. He was very forthright about the importance of a healthy weight and the realization of scars and also the commitment on my part for the best result after surgery. I trusted him to do the very best possible job because he had performed a breast augmentation with wonderful, natural results. I was in surgery for eight hours, a very long time. He does not rush because he cares to get you the best result possible. He is truly an artist and the work he does is amazing. I had my breast augmentation in 2004 by Dr. Friedman. What a beautiful job he did! He also did reconstruction work to the side of my nose that people swear they don’t even notice it’s there. Artistic is the word. Well—it came time for me to have my implants removed. My choice. Nothing wrong. They still looked like brand new 21 years later. It was just a choice I made. Of Course I chose Dr. Friedman to remove them. No extra lift or implant. Just plain removal. And guess what?? Best experience I’ve had!! They healed with the detailed instructions he gave me. What brought me through these office doors was the intrigue and overlap of artistry with science and skill. I had a severe complication within 24 hours of my initial surgery due to my active lifestyle. All hands were on deck to help me. I felt completely secure and deeply respected as a human being. I’ve had two surgeries with Dr. Ronald Friedman and have been extremely pleased with the care I’ve received. He originally performed my breast lift with implants, and several years later I returned to him when I began experiencing implant pocket issues. In January he performed a breast pocket reconstruction and replaced my implants. Even though I’m only about two months post-op and still healing, my results already look beautiful and natural, and I feel very confident in the work he did. Dr. Friedman is incredibly skilled, thorough, and takes the time to truly care for his patients. His staff deserves recognition as well, they are consistently warm, professional, and attentive, which made every visit a positive experience. From consultation through recovery, I always felt well taken care of. I’m very grateful for Dr. Friedman and his team and would highly recommend him to anyone considering plastic surgery. If I ever needed anything like this again, I would absolutely return to Dr. Friedman without hesitation.

Dr. Friedman is THEE BEST surgeon in the United States when it comes to breasts. He is a true artist and is passionate about his work--so much so that he wrote an entire musical about breast implants! He takes the time to explain everything to you and answer all your questions. His staff are all amazing and caring. I can't recommend him enough.
