My consultation was thorough and I understood exactly what my breast reduction procedure would look like. I've had 2 surgical experiences with Dr Friedman. Twenty four years after breast implant surgery, I returned for implant replacement surgery. I brought my sister to my consultation and she was blown away by the care and attention that he gave. Dr Friedman is a highly skilled perfectionist. He is professional but very warm and generous with his time. He has the gift of making you feel comfortable from the start with his kindness, professionalism, and sense of humor. Dr Friedman is a truly wonderful and skilled surgeon and quintessentially what a human being should represent. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for the care, attention, and outstanding results. The entire office team (from the front desk, to all the nurses, anesthesialogist, etc.) deserve abundant accolades as well. Dr. Friedman and his entire staff are phenomenal! Over the past 20 years I gradually lost 150 lbs. but had quite a bit of hanging skin. They were able to remove the excess skin and give me a body I am proud of and which reflects my weight loss efforts. Dr. Friedman was very transparent about what I would expect in each stage of recovery and his staff was very support of my efforts in following the "Doctors Orders". They really care about you as a person. If you are thinking of any type of body reconstruction, Dr. Friedman is someone you should definitely consider!

Any operation comes with its share of risks and apprehension, but Dr. Friedman’s confidence, skill, and exceptional bedside manner immediately put me at ease. Kim, Luisa, and the entire team were incredibly supportive, kind and thorough throughout the process. The results far exceeded my expectations (gynecomastia surgery) and my recovery is going remarkably well, no doubt due to Dr. Friedman’s expertise. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone, even those outside the DFW area.

Dr. Friedman is absolutely excellent in all ways. Very thorough explanations, friendly sense of humor, dedicated to skill and perfection. I originally saw him for ear lobe reduction surgery and re-piercing. So happy with my results! I've since seen him for botox with great results. He even treated a minor issue for me, and regardless of the scope, his commitment to excellence is stellar. I've bragged about him to all of my friends!

Dr. Friedman is an exceptional surgeon, and even the anesthesiologist mentioned the night before my surgery that he is a perfectionist. My PCP who rarely refers anyone, didn't hesitate when I asked for a plastic surgeon recommendation. Throughout the process, Dr. Friedman and his team were incredibly patient and supportive, even when I changed my mind about what I wanted at my pre-op appointment, making it necessary to reschedule. The entire experience was smooth and Dr. Friedman made sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. The results exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be happier! A great team! I have recommend so many people here. I cannot wait to return for bigger boobs. I got my breast augmentation back in 2020 I love them and so does everyone else. They made the process feel comfortable and I felt safe and secure to be in their hands. From the front door to Dr. Ronald Friedman my experience was top tier 5 plus 5 stars. I get lots of compliments on how natural my boobies appear and most people cannot tell that they are implants hahahaha. Next time I am getting the lift and going bigger! Dr Friedman was recommended to me by my sister and I also looked him up and the reviews speak for themselves. I would 10/10 recommend him for body contouring. He did my lipo of flanks and abdomen and I have never felt better. I’m 8 months post op and loving my results for and more everyday. Don’t hesitate . I had been researching what would become my third breast surgery, and if we include the scar revision, it’s my fourth procedure. I fully understood that with each procedure, the risks increase.
